Regulations of the Online Store

§1 General provisions

1. These Regulations define the rules for using the Online Store, in particular the conditions for placing orders and concluding sales contracts.

2. Customers can access these Regulations at any time via the website, download them and print them out.

§2 Terms of service

1. To use the Store, you must have a device with access to the Internet and a web browser.

2. The subject of sale are physical products, accessories, vouchers and personalization services (Cerakote).

3. The prices given in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys.

§3 Payments

1. The entity providing online payment services in the field of card payments is PayU S.A.

2. Available payment methods: Payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro), BLIK, fast online transfers, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

3. The order is transferred for processing after the payment is credited to the Seller's account or after receiving confirmation from the payment operator.

§4 Delivery

1. Delivery of Goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and takes place via InPost (Paczkomaty).

2. The delivery cost is PLN 16.99 gross and is added to the order amount.

3. Order processing time is up to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

§5 Right to withdraw from the contract (Returns)

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which the Consumer came into possession of the item.

3. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Seller about his decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

4. The payment will be refunded using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction.

5. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods (return shipping costs).

6. Liability for reducing the value of the goods (Scratches and Installation):
The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
In the case of accessories (e.g. back plates), their trial installation results in permanent mechanical traces (scratches, abrasions of the Cerakote coating), which permanently reduces the value of the product. In the event of returning goods showing signs of assembly or scratches, the Seller has the right to reduce the refund amount by the value lost as a result of damage to the goods, and in extreme cases, refuse to accept the return if the goods are not suitable for further resale.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not eligible The Consumer in relation to contracts in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs (e.g. individual Cerakote painting designs, custom engraving).

§6 Complaints

1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.

2. In the event of a defect in the purchased goods, the Consumer has the right to make a complaint based on the provisions on warranty in the Civil Code.

3. Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the Seller's addresses provided in these Regulations.

4. The Seller will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days.

§7 Privacy Policy and GDPR

1. The administrator of personal data is Jakub Perwenis, running a business under the name Weapon Wizards.

2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order, processing payments and shipping goods.

3. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a sales contract.

4. Data recipients may be entities dealing with payment processing (PayU) and logistics (InPost).

5. The customer has the right to access his data and correct it, delete it or limit its processing.
